Terms and conditions for booking an apartment or fisherman’s hut with Leka Brygge Drift AS
1. Booking and confirmation
A booking is binding from the time you have received a confirmation from Leka Brygge Drift AS. This occurs electronically via the booking system and/or by e-mail.
When booking, you must state your name, address, telephone number, times of arrival and departure.
2. Payment, etc.
The entire payment is to be paid online with a payment card at the time of booking. For short stays that are booked on the same day by phone/email, payment can be made in full directly at Leka Brygge via a payment terminal. Leka Brygge Drift AS also accepts VIPPS payments.
3. Cancellation
When the booking is binding and the stay is prepaid, the following cancellation conditions apply to the customer:
a) If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of payment for the stay will be refunded
b) If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of payment for the stay will be refunded
c) If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of payment for the stay will be refunded
d) If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the payment for the stay must be paid in full.
The same cancellation conditions also apply to cases where the customer has not prepaid the stay. In such cases, an invoice will be prepared and sent to the customer.
When calculating days, all days are included, including weekends and public holidays, calculated from midnight to midnight for each day.
4. Arrival and departure times
The apartment/fisherman’s hut is at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Boat handover takes place by appointment between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m..
Check out from the accommodation unit no later than 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Boat return on the day of departure at 9 a.m.
If there are special circumstances that cause you to require an earlier check-in or later check-out, you need to contact Leka Brygge Drift AS as early as possible to find out if it can be arranged.
Leka Brygge Drift AS charges a fee of NOK 250 per accommodation unit for later check-out on the day of departure.
5. Mandatory final cleaning
Included in the rental price. Accommodation units allowing pets will incur a cleaning fee of NOK 500 extra at the end of the stay.
6. Customer responsibility
The customer must treat Leka Brygge Drifts AS’s property and assets responsibly. The Apartment/fisherman’s hut/boat and furniture must be returned in the same condition as when taken over. Any damage must be notified to Leka Brygge without delay.
The customer must compensate for damage caused to borrowed property or assets. Please note that the customer is responsible for damage caused by others who are given access to the apartment/fisherman’s hut/boat by the customer.
7. Force majeure
If the implementation of the lease is made difficult or impossible due to force majeure circumstances, such as war, natural and pollution disasters, epidemics, closed borders, traffic conditions, strikes, lockouts, and similar conditions, which could not be foreseen when the lease was arranged, Leka Brygge AS can cancel the agreement. Leka Brygge cannot be held responsible for losses that arise as a result of such a cancellation.
8. Retention of Personal Data
When you make a booking at Leka Brygge, we and our booking system store, among other things, your name, address, telephone number and email address. This is in order to process your booking and give you the necessary information about your stay. We follow the current regulations in accordance with the GDPR and privacy at all times.
